The mission of U ARISE is to empower followers of Jesus with tools for encountering those around them with the heart of God on college and university campuses throughout the US and the world.  

Through an engaging 90-minute video curriculum participating students will learn how to find their own identity in Christ and how to use their God-given sense of compassion and mercy to reach out to others.

CLASS 1: THE POWER OF PRAYER

Nothing happens without prayer. As followers of Jesus, having constant conversation and communion with God is our inheritance. Get ready for a deeper connection with the lover of your soul.

CLASS 2: SELF-CARE 101

Your wellness is very important! Our goal of the entire academy is to build big people. As we continue this journey, we want to help you with the process of health and wholehearted living!

CLASS 3: INNER HEALING TOOLS

By His stripes, we were healed! In this class, we dive into practical steps of healing the wounds of the soul. You'll be empowered to walk out your own healing with Jesus and help others encounter Him as The Healer.

CLASS 4: FIRST RESPONDER ESSENTIALS

Jesus leaves the ninety-nine to go after the one. In this class, we'll help you recognize the signs of when others are going through unusually stressful times. You'll have advanced tools regarding caring for and responding to others.

CLASS 5: CARING FOR OTHERS

Loving others is part of our walk as we follow Jesus. This class introduces practical steps of caring for others. What you'll learn will help you be a greater asset in caring for your community, friends, and family.
